We are ensuring that the guidance provided by the UK Chief Medical Officer and the World Health Organisation on the changing situation is being monitored and appropriate actions are being implemented across our business. We have advised staff on travel to affected areas and requirements for self-isolation of those that have visited these locations.
We will notify customers if any staff member working in or visiting a customer site has visited an affected area. While on site, all staff will follow customer guidance and comply with any requirements esure may determine as necessary. Staff who have visited areas of high concern will not visit customer sites or meet customers until after the completion of the quarantine period.
Our staff are fully briefed on the potential risks and understand what actions are to be taken if they are travelling to affected areas, if they experience any health issues or if a case of infection is suspected.
We have contingency plans in place to ensure service levels are maintained in the event of an outbreak that affects our company e.g. work can be undertaken at home. This is all part of our standard DR plan.
We will inform customers immediately if any cases are identified within our company, if we have any intention to close any of our offices or where issues are identified that will have a direct impact on our ability to continue providing service to our customers and their customers.
