Mandatory Endpoint Update - Custom Applications

Update

Notice: If you haven't already done so, and are currently running a custom application built using the Synthetix API, please can you ensure you have updated your endpoints from https://api.syn-finity.com/1.1 to https://api.synthetix.com/2.0 We have noticed a large throughput from custom applications still using our legacy server stack. To ensure no loss of service and to guarantee latest updates we would request migrating as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact Synthetix Support or your account manager if you wish to discuss your application. Note that this does not include applications hosted by Synthetix or Synthetix.cloud

Thank you Synthetix

Resolved

We have now resolved issues regarding slow downs with the livechat service and systems should now be returning to nominal conditions.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing unusually heavy loads on our servers, which may be causing a slow down in various live chat services.

The cause of this heavy traffic is under investigation and we are looking to remedy this situation as soon as we can.

We will provide further updates as they become available.
